apricot

apricot is a non-profit sourcing firm and Employer of Record that connects mission-driven companies with talent from underserved communities across the MENA region. The organisation's model integrates recruitment and employment services, enabling firms to hire individuals from these communities while apricot manages the associated employment administration.

The organisation operates with an impact-driven approach, and its own workforce includes members from displaced communities. By framing its work around talent acquisition, apricot seeks to demonstrate that hiring from underserved populations is a means of accessing qualified professionals, not merely a social initiative.
