Бюро інвестиційних програм (BIP) is a Ukrainian investment bureau that manages and implements strategic investment programmes across key sectors of the economy. Its work spans investment strategy, project management, corporate governance, infrastructure development, and the facilitation of foreign direct investment. BIP works with a broad range of clients and beneficiaries, including private enterprises, municipal institutions, and water utilities, with the stated aim of strengthening Ukraine's economic resilience and supporting integration with global markets.
BIP serves as the managing company for what it describes as Ukraine's first industrial park in the food cluster format with export orientation, located in Novovolynsk. The organisation also delivers energy efficiency solutions targeted at enterprises, municipal institutions, and water utilities in support of sustainable development goals.
BIP operates in collaboration with a range of international and domestic partners, including the Swedish-Ukrainian Business Support Program, Enterprise Europe Network, the USAID Competitive Economy Program, and various Ukrainian government institutions. This network of public–private and multilateral partnerships underpins its approach to investment attraction and programme implementation across both national and regional levels.
