Equiqo

Equiqo is a remote-first IT services company with more than 60 in-house professionals and over nine years of operating experience. It maintains legal entities in Poland and Germany and works on a distributed basis, supplemented by an international network of technical experts. The company was founded by Artur Tomys on the premise that building in-house technology departments is slow, costly and risky; its name reflects the values of efficiency, speed and quality orientation.

The engineering work spans artificial intelligence, data solutions, software development, cloud infrastructure, IoT and cybersecurity. Software projects range from MVPs to complex systems, and Equiqo also sets up AI and data solutions for client organisations. Alongside project work, the company provides talent outsourcing, managed teams and CTO-as-a-service arrangements, giving organisations flexible access to experienced professionals, as well as IT consulting.

Equiqo works with both startups and enterprises, positioning itself as a means of overcoming technical bottlenecks through a combination of hands-on engineering and access to talent. Its clients come from sectors including automotive, banking, healthcare, manufacturing, retail and the public sector.
