EWOR

EWOR is a radically selective founder fellowship founded in 2020, investing in the top 0.1% of entrepreneurs building transformative technology companies. The programme accepts a highly limited cohort of founders, backing them with immediate funding of up to €500,000 and €300,000 in cloud credits through partnerships with over 16 providers. Based in Berlin with a virtual-first ecosystem, EWOR focuses on technical domains including AI, HealthTech, Clean Energy, and Fintech.

Fellows receive weekly one-on-one mentorship and direct sparring with a team of full-time unicorn founders. The fellowship's track record includes €13M in total pre-seed funding secured by its fellows, who have collectively achieved a valuation of $3B within two years of joining. EWOR maintains a community of over 72,000 followers, reflecting its visibility in the European startup landscape.
