The firm helps organizations build production-ready AI products, modernize data infrastructure, migrate to the cloud and develop custom software. Its technical work spans AI and machine learning, data engineering, cloud architecture, full-stack development, staff augmentation and technology strategy. Working arrangements give engineers direct access to experienced senior staff and the company founders.
Delivery follows a defined sequence: discovery and readiness assessment, roadmap development, agile implementation and post-launch optimization, with an emphasis on measurable business outcomes. The company reports more than 50 projects delivered and over 20 enterprise clients, across the finance, manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare and civil sectors.
Alongside client work, HexaIO develops proprietary AI products. These include Hexacon, for voice-based data entry and system control; Digital Human Avatars, for customer engagement and training; and a Gmail-native AI email agent built with Claude.
