Nova Intelligence builds AI agents that help enterprises understand, document and modernize their custom SAP code, and to accelerate digital transformation projects. Its work sits at the intersection of agentic AI and enterprise SAP systems: AI-powered code analysis, automated code documentation, functional design automation and software modernisation are among its technical domains.

The company's product, the Nova Intelligence Platform, is an AI-powered suite covering code analysis, documentation, functional design and development, purpose-built for the architecture of SAP systems. It is aimed at the enterprise SAP and enterprise software markets, and at organisations pursuing IT modernisation.

Nova Intelligence has raised $40m in seed and Series A funding. Investors include SAP.io, Accel, Conviction and Chemistry. The founding team includes alumni of Google DeepMind and Meta AI, as well as a co-inventor of SAP HANA, combining AI research experience with deep enterprise SAP expertise.
