Partyhat

Partyhat is a product-focused startup studio and seed fund founded in 2020 and headquartered in Puerto Rico. The company creates and scales digital brands from the ground up, combining capital with a dedicated team of operators who work alongside founders from ideation through to millions of users. Its team numbers more than 30 people.

Partyhat operates through two arms. Partyhat Studio originates and funds original ideas internally and builds them with the company's own team through launch and scale; to date it has built seven brands. Partyhat Ventures is a seed fund that writes first checks from pre-seed to Series A, backing external founders with both capital and operating help.

The company's work concentrates on the frontier of the digital economy. Technical domains include Web3, blockchain gaming, decentralized applications, NFT technology, gaming infrastructure and digital product development, with activity across creator platforms and design services among other verticals. Companies built within the studio have reached millions of users.

Work at Partyhat is hands-on: dedicated operators work directly with founders across the full lifecycle of a company, from early ideation to scale. The approach pairs capital conviction with operating support and a product-focused build discipline.
