The company's operational transformation platform enables acquired agencies to shift from outdated processes to modern, efficient systems within two months. Dwelly has completed five acquisitions and now manages more than 1,500 properties. The firm operates exclusively in the UK rental market, focusing on the lettings agency and property management verticals.
Dwelly emphasises that its technology is intended to amplify the human element in property management rather than replace it. The approach centres on retaining the legacy identity of each acquired agency while equipping it with automation and AI capabilities to reduce administrative burden.
