Its platform enables fleet operators to monitor vehicles, equipment, parts, and drivers from a web browser or mobile device, automating routine maintenance tasks, tracking costs, and surfacing real-time analytics. The platform currently manages hundreds of thousands of vehicles for thousands of organisations worldwide.
The company raised $450 million in a Series D round in March 2025. Fleetio's engineering team builds on a stack that includes Ruby on Rails, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, and dbt. Fleetio is also a founding member of the Rails Foundation.
