Khonraad Software Engineering B.V. is a Dutch software company founded in 1998, originating from an initiative by a group of Dutch mayors who identified the need for coordinated digital infrastructure in social care. The company operates the Khonraad platform, a workflow management and electronic dossier system that functions as national infrastructure connecting Dutch municipalities, mental health institutions (GGZ), psychiatric hospitals, police, justice departments, and social service providers. In December 2020, the company joined the Visma Group.

The platform is built around the specific legal and procedural requirements of Dutch involuntary mental health care. It supports compliance with and case handling under several pieces of Dutch legislation, including the Wvggz (Wet verplichte geestelijke gezondheidszorg), the Wzd (Wet zorg en dwang), the BOPZ (Wet Bijzondere opnemingen psychiatrische ziekenhuizen), and the Wet tijdelijk huisverbod.
