Q-Tech

Q-Tech is an IT recruitment and headhunting firm founded in 1999 that searches for and selects technology profiles. From offices in Barcelona and Madrid, and through a global network of IT professionals, the company runs tailored, end-to-end selection processes designed individually for each client. Its headhunters work exclusively within technology, engaging with both candidate capabilities and client requirements.

The firm's team comprises 18 consultants specialised across five technological areas. Q-Tech conducts approximately 1,500 interviews with IT professionals each year and completes at least one selection process every day. Its executive headhunting practice deliberately proposes few candidates per process, often only one, prioritising quality of match over volume of applicants.
