Techy Recruiter is a tech-enabled boutique talent consultancy that embeds directly into startups and scale-ups to run their hiring function end to end. Its work covers sourcing, process design, interviews and offers, delivered as an extension of the client's team rather than as an outside agency. The firm also sets up ATS workflows in Ashby, redesigns interview processes and coaches hiring managers.

Founded and led by Tarek Mahdy, the firm operates as a small, founder-led team with over a decade of founder talent-acquisition experience behind it. Its technical work spans AI-powered candidate screening, recruitment automation and structured interview design. Techy Recruiter is selective about the engagements it takes on, turning down work it considers a poor fit, and describes its approach as hiring fast without cutting corners.
