Happyrobot Inc., founded in 2023, builds an AI workforce platform that autonomously handles operational work for supply chains, freight, logistics and industrial operations. Its product, HappyRobot, is described as an AI-native operating system: rather than augmenting human workers with copilots or chatbots, it executes end-to-end tasks - booking loads, checking shipments, coordinating schedules - across phone, email, messaging and documents. The technical domains span natural language voice AI, email and messaging automation, document processing and logistics operations automation.
The platform is deployed across more than 150 enterprise customers, among them DHL and Ryder. The company has raised $62 million in funding and is backed by investors including Y Combinator and Andreessen Horowitz.
HappyRobot was founded by three engineers with roots in engineering and logistics: brothers Pablo and Javier Palafox alongside co-founder Luis Paarup. The stated mission is to free people to concentrate on strategy and creativity while AI takes on patterned work at scale.
