HiPeople is an AI Hiring Platform founded in 2020 that builds a unified Talent Intelligence Layer on top of existing applicant tracking systems. HiPeople was founded after more than 60 customer research interviews with talent teams at companies including Google, Netflix and McKinsey and at startups. Notable customers cited include NFL, Zapier, Celonis and DAZN, spanning sports, SaaS, enterprise software and media. The company has a global presence and describes its mission as giving People teams tooling of a standard already common in sales, finance and operations.
